Talk & Café Social : Coronation Street at 64

Join us for an interesting talk celebrating 64 years of Coronation Street. Speaker Mark Llewellin knew many of the cast of the soap and will share his tales and recollections of famous characters such as Ena Sharpies (Violet Carson), Annie Walker (Doris Speed), Elsie Tanner (Pat Phoenix) and, of course Ken Barlow (William Roache).

There is FREE TEA OR COFFEE on arrival so it's advised to arrive by 10 or soon after. The talk starts at 10.30.

We can eat afterwards at the café which offers good value deals including soup and sandwich for £6.99, coffee and cake for £4.25 and fish and chips for £8.

I'll meet people in the café at the centre. Buses 230 and 231 go close by (10 minutes walk) and there is a car park.
