for adults who are ready to change their relationship with food
If you are struggling with:
- Secretive behaviors around buying/stashing/hiding/eating foods
- Low self-esteem or self-worth
- Feeling isolated by your challenges with food
DBT Skills can help you:
- Identify the root cause of your emotional eating
- Develop new coping skills to reduce feelings of shame
- Connect with peers with similar challenges
