The DC Foreign Relations Club will be a forum for discussions and debate on foreign affairs, current affairs, politics, and the major questions of the present day.
Having noticed the absence of any active current affairs or debating meetup in DC area, I am excited to welcome you as a founding member of this group!
My intention is to host weekly meet ups in a suitable location in central DC and also via virtual Zoom meetings with topics for discussion suggested ahead of time by members. I expect that naturally these discussions will be influenced by whatever happens to be in the news at the moment, but perhaps too we will occasionally have more formally structured debates or even host guest speakers.
