Goodbye 2024! Our last Meetup.com event of the year! (15.12.2024)

Hello everyone!

It's time for our final Meetup of 2024! ...and it's going to be a mystery until the last couple of hours! 😁

Yes, this special year-end event comes with a twist: the meeting point will be revealed on the morning of the event only to those who share a bit of inspiration with our lovely community!

To receive the location, simply share one of the following:

- either a favorite proverb
- or a life motto
- or a meaningful quote
- or some lyrics from a favorite song
- or a short poem
→ Basically, something that resonates with you at this moment in life.

You have time until the day preceding the event, that is Saturday, December 14. Then, on Sunday morning the collection of answers will be posted in all the shared group chats: only your answers will be shared, without a reference to your person (...just an example to clarify: the group member John Doe answers with "Einmal ist keinmal" while joining the event; Giovanni, the event organizer, will share just "Einmal ist keinmal" in the list of answers on the morning of the event, without adding that this was John Doe's answer. Of course, you can later try to find out who shared what during the walk and talk... that could become an additional entertaining activity for our meetup! 😁).

You can share your contribution through:

• simply replying to the question that you'll be asked when joining the Meetup event
• a Meetup message, either publicly in the event chat or privately to me, the event organizer
• a WhatsApp message (either publicly in the group chat or to me privately, if you like it better)
• a Telegram message (either publicly in the group chat or to me privately, if you like it better)

The location of the meeting point will be sent to you on the morning of December 15, via the same platform that you chose to submit your contribution.

Event details:
📅 Date: Sunday, 15.12.2024
🕒 Time: from 14:00 until you decide to leave
📍 Meeting point: urban area of Stuttgart, easily reachable with public transports; you'll receive the exact location of the meeting point on the morning of the event, at least three hours in advance. (Please, note that an image of the Grabkapelle auf dem Württemberg has been chosen just as a symbol of Stuttgart... we are not going there on Dec. 15!)

As usual, please, note the following:

- these events are absolutely free and non-profit, aimed uniquely at promoting general well-being and socialization;

- although doing their best to offer a safe and enjoyable experience, the organizers assume no liability for any incident that may occur, and participants are the solely responsible for their safety and well-being;

- wear comfortable shoes and bring with you a small backpack with some water, snacks, rain jacket or a foldable umbrella, sun cream + cap or gloves + scarf according to the season and the weather forecast; most importantly, don't forget your smile and come with a positive mindset, open to explore alternative points of view;

- don't forget to join the group chat, either on Telegram ( https://t.me/Stuttgart_together ) or on WhatsApp ( https://chat.whatsapp.com/GJ18X19AM697ADKwkK4bLl ) where we will share any eventual last minute information and geo-localization info for any eventual late-comers (please, be aware that we aren't going to wait longer than 10-15 minutes at the meeting point; moreover, have understanding that we aren't going to spend our time on digital chats once we start our walk & talk);

- events may be canceled at short notice due to inclement weather or other unexpected circumstances, so please check the group chat before getting on your way to the event.

Until mid-January you won't find any further events by "around Stuttgart together" on Meetup.com
However, our community chats on Telegram and WhatsApp will remain available during the holiday season. Feel free to propose spontaneous meetups for late December and early January! 😀
