Welcome to our yoga group designed specifically for those of us who understand that 40+ bodies aren’t the same as they were in our 20s! Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, our low-impact classes focus on what really matters for healthier aging: lengthening, strengthening, and mobility.

What to expect:

Low Impact, but highly cardio!
Achy back/shoulder care: Mindful stretches to ease tension.
Core strengthening: Essential for healthy hips and back.
Hip opening: Improve mobility and flexibility.
Glutes activation: Boost strength to support your lower back.
Wrist and neck support: Thoughtfully designed movements to avoid strain.
Bone density care: Keep muscles and bones strong and resilient.
We practice outside, by the lake, breathing the freshest air in Berlin. so bring a mat and, when it’s cold, keep your sneakers on for standing poses. We use the mat for sitting and the grass for standing to keep you comfortable and grounded.

When: Bi-weekly meetup (check the calendar for dates)
Cost: $15 per class or $30 membership (includes 3 classes/month)
Bring: Yoga mat, water, and wear comfy clothes & sneakers in cool weather.
