Cheers! You want to check out boxing? Bring your fitness routine to the next level? Or just want let out the stress of the week? 👇 Boxing is so much more than just punching. I want to introduce you to this sport and show you, what benefits boxing can have for your everyday life. The class will go for 90 Minutes and include:
• Full Body Workout
• Boxing techniques and combinations
• Coordinative footwork & movement drills
• (Light!) and technical contact excercises
We meet once a week in a group that connects for the sport as well as on a personal level ☺️
