Since 2012 Elastique. is from time to time hosting the „Elastique. Open House“ sessions.
A format with a selected round of participants sharing the newest and most interesting from all fields connected to creativity, technology & lifestyle.
The core format – from time to time – is the Input Session:
Each visitor brings one link to the session, that she/he thinks could be interesting to see for the others.
The magic:
Everyone thinks „They must know this already!“
But after 12 Sessions over several years we still see:
We all live in bubbles —it's even getting worse.
And it's great to meet other people who show me stuff outside my bubble.
Unexpected. Surprising. Fun.
Some sessions leave the core format and feature selected speakers.

OPEN HOUSE Vol. 15 Beam Dream invites you to an audio-visual experiment that combines laser choreography, video mapping, and sound design in one spatial installation.

From 2D to 3D – The multiple applications of show lasers
with Richard SchäferOur first speaker is Richard Schäfer from LaserAnimation Sollinger.
Starting at 8:00 p.m. he will give you an insight into show laser applications and technology. Discover how to bring your creative ideas to life with tools for 2D designs and 3D visuals, perfect for architecture, art, and exciting show projects.

with Tamara KnappWe also invited visual artist and graphic designer Tamara Knapp.
At 8.45 p.m. she will let you participate in the process of her 'Leoniden Project'. Tamara has been focusing on the movement and notations of the Indie-Rock-Band 'Leoniden'. She also experimented on the coding and decoding of sequences, processes and materialities.

Each keynote will be 20min long with 10min for questions and open discussions afterwards.After the talks you are invited to explore an audio-visual laser experience created by creative coder Casper Westhausen and digital artist Annika Meyer from our Elastique. crew.
As usual: beginners and experts are very welcome! The topics are made for everyone. Dresscode: in-the-mood for a relaxed and enriching evening.
