In these unusual times, we simply turn to our inner powers to strengthen our immune system and eliminate our fears.
Sahaja Yoga meditation helps us a lot, awakens our inner powers and helps us to recognize our true self, to eliminate fears and to stay relaxed.

As we are currently unable to offer courses in our centres in Germany, we are replacing them with free collective online meditations.
