Power Hiking Düsseldorf NRW

This hiking loop at Wülfrath-Aprath is for beginners as well as advanced power hikers. We will be first hiking 14 km and 200m uphill at a fast pace. After a short break Beginners can exit here and take the train back from Haan-Gruiten train station. Advanced hikers have the option to hike further 13 km and 100m uphill back to Wülfrath-Aprath train station. Here the Komoot route of the full loop:

This is a sports activity where good physical condition is required. Please bring enough water and food along as well as appropriate clothing and shoes.

After a short break Beginners can exit here and take the train back from Güldenwerth train station. Advanced hikers have the option to hike further 12 km and 400m uphill back to Solingen Schaberg train station. Here the Komoot route of the full loop:

At the end of the hiking loop, we'll be crossing the river on an elevated cable boat (see picture below). For this, please bring along 2€ in cash.
