Register to join this months focus group.

You will be invited to our 'kick off' session which will be held online on Zoom.

You will be given access to our 'It's all in the Mind' weight loss programme which is 6 weeks long - for free. You will only be able to access it for the duration of the programme.

Our programme is focused on the blocks, conflicts and triggers of poor diet and poor motivation and is not a recipe or exercise programme.

You must report your weight loss at the end of the 6 week programme and provide feedback on the service.

Only ten people a month will be given access for free but anyone can join by purchasing it direct. (You will get the physical box with your purchase). It's only £35 and you will get lifetime access. If you do not want to wait till the next month please send me a message and I'll send you a box when this focus group starts.

Please make sure your update your attendance if you can no longer make it to give space to someone else.

Access will be given during the event.

We are an incredible group and I know we all love to chat and share - we now have extra time dedicated are now moved to 1pm-3pm from the pub opposite straight after.

I'm not there every week but there are enough regulars to welcome you - just look for the people sitting with laptops ;) it's us!
