One cultivates awareness and intimacy with stuck emotions.

Afterwards, we'll have an open conversation. I can offer suggestions for how to build pranayama practice into your psychedelic goals. Folks can share their experiences with breath-work and psychedelics.

This gathering (like the Psychedelic Yoga Meetup in general) is focused on the use of psychedelics for therapy/healing, exploration/spirituality, and creativity. Share Psychedelic Experiences and Insights!

***For many folks using psychedelics for healing, peak mystical experiences are key.***

These experiences teach lessons that cannot be expressed in words; they enable an understanding that sinks deep into the body. In turn, the benefits may be especially long-lasting.

But our minds habitually seek language to understand our experiences, and this language can hinder our progress.

The great 20th Century yogi Ramana Maharshi encouraged folks to work with their breath. He was pointing toward the greatest of all mystical revelations -- Yet the message for many of us is, let go of the quest to understand in words, instead become intimate with your breath.

Ketamine-State Yoga centers the breath -- In particular a pranayama (yogic breathing practice) that amplifies ketamine's mystical powers.

*These teachings will be beneficial for any psychedelic journeyer and for folks who never touch a psychedelic. No experience with yoga is necessary.*

I will explain the connection between the mystical revelation, the ketamine state, and the breath. Then I will teach a couple of pranayama and we'll practice together!

Ketamine for Healing: the Mystical Approach

***Many folks are intrigued by the possibility of Lucid Dreaming!***

When you become aware within the dream state -- *"This is a dream!"* \-\- the possibilities are endless\. Dramatic\, rapid progress can be made in terms of healing and spiritual growth\.

There are ancient yogic practices, such as Tibetan Dream Yoga, that allow us to become more aware in our dreams and waking lives. There are also modern scientific techniques that allow us to explore these profound possibilities.

This online workshop will explore a blend of ancient and modern methods.

It will be a substantial refresher course for those who have experienced and practiced lucid dreaming -- and it will provide "advanced" techniques to help you deepen and expand your lucid-dreaming goals!
