Join us for an energizing outdoor workout designed especially for 40+ bodies that need a balance of strength, flexibility, and core activation—without the intensity of extreme workouts! Our Lakeside Strength & Stretch sessions combine gentle strength training using resistance bands, yoga-inspired stretches, and core-focused exercises like planks, all set in the refreshing autumn air by the lake.

What to expect:

  • Class is held in English by an AFAA (USA) certified instructor
  • Yoga-inspired stretching and breathing to relieve stress, improve mobility combined with resistance band training for strength and muscle toning.
  • Core + glutes activation exercises for better posture and help with back issues.
  • Low-impact cardio movement to get your happy hormones up and keep you warm in the cooler weather.
  • Designed to boost your energy, leaving you feeling strong and rejuvenated.
  • Movements that are safe and effective for bodies over 40 —and all while being mindful of wrists and neck.

Details:

Cost: €15 per class or €30 for a monthly membership (3 classes).
Where: Private yard, across from, with both mat and grass-based exercises. Keep your sneakers on for standing work in the cool weather!
Bring: A yoga mat, water, gloves, and your favorite layers to stay cozy.
