Many of us discover that transitioning to a plant-based diet is a process, not an overnight switch. One gradually becomes familiar with constructing a plant-based meal and grows accustomed to grains, beans, and veggies being the “meat” on the plate.
Please join Plant-Based Chef Kelley Williamson for a series of FREE veggie-friendly cooking classes where you learn new recipes, receive the recipes, and have a place to build a community where you can ask questions.
Recipes will be: Guinness Pie, Savory Brussel Sprouts, Roasted Cauliflower/Romanesco with a Dijon Vinaigrette and Apple Crisp Baked Apples
