Do you struggle with social anxiety, self doubt, or just generally feel challenged to be yourself in social settings? Do these problems create serious problems in our life, preventing you from occupying the social circles you'd like and from achieving what you'd like to achieve? This group may be for you.
This group is not for the faint of heart. This is not a support group. This group is for those that are ready to challenge themselves and to face their fears ignorer to conquer the anxiety and self doubt that is in the way of achieving the life they want.
EVENT INFO
This is the first Confidence Gym event! Expect active exercises designed to help you confront social fears in a supportive, encouraging environment. We’ll engage in activities focused on facing and embracing discomfort—whether it’s talking to strangers, practicing purposeful embarrassment, or testing boundaries that normally hold us back.
Our goal for this session is to take small steps outside our comfort zones and redefine our limits together. Through these exercises, you’ll build resilience, learn to stay grounded in anxiety-provoking situations, and develop confidence that translates to every area of life.
Come prepared to challenge yourself, have some fun, and meet others on the same journey to greater social freedom!
