Dear Brave Voices,
We are thrilled to invite you to participate in our storytelling workshops, a core part of the Brave Voices of Womanhood initiative, held at The Brave Women's Community Theatre in Lakewood, Colorado, a 501c3 non-profit.
These workshops are designed not just to tell stories, but to empower each woman and adolescent girl (ages 13 and up) to share and celebrate her unique journey.
Here’s what you can expect when you join us every other week:
Empowerment Through Technology: Step by step, our facilitators will help you navigate the Voice Library app. You’ll learn how to record, edit, and add personal images to your stories. No matter your tech expertise, you’ll gain the skills to share your voice confidently.
A Circle of Support: Our workshops provide a warm, supportive environment where laughter and encouragement are the norm. It’s a safe space to connect and grow with other women who are eager to uplift and inspire.
Creative Liberation: Each session includes a variety of creative exercises designed to ignite your imagination and challenge your expressive limits. From fun, light-hearted prompts to deeper explorations of bravery and authenticity, you’ll discover that creativity is a skill everyone can develop.
Authentic Expression: We equip you with the tools to express your deepest truths. Every story is treated as valuable, supporting you to speak boldly and authentically about your experiences.
Sharing Gifts: Our gatherings culminate in a sharing circle, where you can offer your story and listen to others. This exchange enriches everyone involved, reinforcing the impact and importance of sharing our lives.
Why You Should Join: If you feel the urge to express, connect, or contribute to a supportive network of women, this workshop is your platform. Here, you can explore, express, and expand in ways you never imagined, surrounded by others doing the same.

When: Biweekly beginning Saturday, October 19th, from 1pm - 3pm.
Location: The Brave Women's Community Theatre, Lakewood, Colorado
Donation: A suggested donation of $10 helps cover our costs, but your participation is our priority.
