Contra Dancing - The Boulder Contra Dance

CFOOTMAD's "Boulder Contra Dances" are on
1st and 3rd Fridays at the Avalon Ballroom,
Arapahoe Ave. and 62nd St. in Boulder, CO.
7:00 Free Lesson - Dancing 7:30 to 10:30.

Contra Dancing is easy to learn ~~~ nicely aerobic folk dancing.
Each dance is generally 10 minutes long, and each dance is walked
through first, taught by the caller.
No need to bring a partner, but you can - very beginner friendly.
Open to everyone, singles and couples, all ages.
Always a live band and caller.
