Desert Meditation Group

We provide space and support for mindfulness meditation, practice and discussion. We are informed by Buddhist teachings but we have no teacher and no particular lineage. We practice silent meditation for 30 minutes, walking meditation for 10 minutes, do a short reading, and have time for sharing and discussion. All practices are optional. We practice respect, confidentiality and no cross-talk. Feedback may be provided if requested.

Date and time: Mondays from 5:30 PM to 6:45 PM.
Location: UUCOD at 72425 Via Vail, Rancho Mirage, CA.
Cost: Free, donation suggested.
