My very favorite events from past years were the coffee events. They are such a good way to meet and greet people, move around, chit, chat, tell jokes. laugh, ask questions and tell tall tales. They are relaxed, easy going events where members can come and go, move to different chairs and mix and mingle easily.

I really enjoy their avocado/egg/spinach/cheese on a sprouted egg bagel (only 350 cal). I also love their cinnamon bagels with cream cheese (many more cal). However, breakfast/lunch is optional!
