What we’re about
Just what is the DF, you ask? Well, it is a group of just "plane" people that enjoy aviation, purely for the fun of it. “Plane” people are those who love to share some great fellowship and, on most occasions, a great meal to boot. We usually gather at the destination of the day, on one Saturday of each month. Some are unusual destinations and many are familiar and favorites mostly in the state of Arizona and sometimes, out of state. Often times, some of our folks will have an empty seat or two in order to share their experiences with those who are aviation buffs but are not licensed to fly. We are NOT a purely online group! We only host this page online to better facilitate meeting, please keep that in mind when joining. We are also a proud supporter of the Arizona Pilots Association www.azpilots.org Your voice for general aviation in Arizona. Membership in the APA is never required but if you are an AZ Pilot we strongly suggest you join and have a voice. Many of us are based at DVT and also members of the Deer Valley Pilots Association.
