I plan to do trail running from 7:30 to 9:00 where I will finish one round. So if you plan to do the trail running then meet me at 7:30am.

After the trail run, I will hike the loop with the group starting at 9:00am.

We will finish the loop and then if the group wishes to go to the Indian seats and complete the loop on the other side of the road.

Meet us at Sawnee Mountainside Hiking & Parking ( https://maps.app.goo.gl/yi5gj4TY6qwc5SsR9 ) at 7:30am, if you want to run, or 9:00am if you only want to hike

So instead of starting from the visitor center, as we used to do in the past, we will start from the parking lot at Bettis Gap.

This will be a moderate hike and we will walk at moderate pace.
