Start your weekend with a gentle yoga class with Val Spies. Beginners and all levels are welcome. Class will be held at Fit Body, next to Harris Teeter in Manassas.
Learn relaxation/stress relief techniques and some wonderful stretches to do at home. Val will make sure this meet up is fun and a “feel good” experience for everyone.
Note from Val:
Just want to mention that you don’t need to know anything about yoga to attend my yoga meet up this Saturday. It’s my specialty to teach beginners as well as well as those with experience. I have reserved the private space of my gym for our class so I hope you can make it. Maybe we can get some coffee afterwards.
