Design Operations (DesignOps or DesOps) is an emerging field in response to the increasingly dominant role of agile processes. As the need to collaborate at scale and deliver outcomes at speed increases, DesignOps helps operationalize, scale and build best practices
DesignOps can create better team collaboration with shared context and understanding. It enables rapid co-creation and encourages iteration.
This group is for Designers, Developers, Product Owners and Scrum Managers to share and develop tools, systems, practices and methodologies that support the emerging practice of DesignOps.
