What we’re about
For pianists of all skill levels to get together, play, listen, and learn in a relaxed non-judgemental space. If you want to give yourself monthly goals, conquer stage fright, show off what you've accomplished, sit back and listen, or just have fun, you are welcome here. We meet where there’s an available piano (each other’s homes or wherever) and take turns playing. Although this is primarily a piano club, you are welcome to bring other instruments. If it will fit through the door and you can play it, bring it along!

See all- January Piano Meetup at Jim's5200 Keller Springs Rd, Dallas, TX
Happy New Year, everyone! As usual, there's no real agenda for January. We'll just take turns entertaining each other on the piano. Whatever you are working on now or something from your standard repertoire would be great.
Since we have grown, sometimes people have to wait until there's a spot available to RSVP. Please remember to "un-RSVP" if you can't make it, so others will have a chance to come. Our cap for this event is 25 pianists.
As always, all levels and styles of play are encouraged. We've had beginners and professionals, and everything from rock to ragtime and from baroque to jazz. Play whatever moves you, or just sit back and listen. As always, you are welcome to bring and play some other instrument, as long as it is portable enough to carry it into my apartment.
How to Get There
I live in a high rise condo, so please save these parking instructions. You may park in the west parking lot, which is to the left of the building as you face the front. That's the same side of the building that faces Dallas North Tollway. Park in any spot that is not marked RESERVED. If there are no more spaces, ask the concierge at the front desk where to park. We also offer valet parking.
Tell the concierge you are here to see James Caddell in #1110, and they will call the elevator for you.
The building is pretty hard to miss, but here's their website so you will know what to look for: https://bonaventuredallas.com/
I'll have a few snacks available, but mostly we'll be busy with music. You can stay as late as you like.
