Building friendships as an adult shouldn't feel impossible. That’s why Alexi and I started DFW Young & Social, a community designed to make connecting with others easier and more meaningful. Running with the heart of a nonprofit; It’s free to become a member, and we offer a wide range of free and affordable events, so everyone can find something that fits their interests and lifestyle.
Our long-time members help lead many of the classes, from fitness classes to crafting workshops, adding their personal touch and passion. Whether it’s a casual meetup, a hands-on class, or a free social event, we are dedicated to creating space for real friendships to grow.

Let's start the weekend right with our free/donation-based Zumba Fitness class every Friday! Staying active is essential for our physical and mental well-being, and what better way to do it than dancing to lively music with a supportive community? Led by fellow member April, this Zumba class provides the perfect opportunity to keep fit, have fun, and make new friends.
Everyone is required to sign up as a free member, and register for the class.
Schedule:
- Check in: 4:55pm - 5:05pm
- Zumba Fitness Class: 5:05pm - 5:50pm
