This is a Meetup group for anyone interested in the calming and life-affirming effects of meditation. Through the practice of meditation, you will begin to see life's events for what they truly are, minus the negative feelings. Only 5 minutes a day will help you feel more peaceful in situations where you would normally feel stress, will help you find more joy in your day to day life, and will make you more present in your relationships.
