Great French food at Petit Pois

This is nearly a tradition - my/our regular visit to Petit Pois :-) - can I help it if I love their triple creme brulee!
One of Brightons most popular restaurants, they don't have a wide menu, opting to be very good at what they do offer. Their menu is on-line at https://petitpoisbrighton.co.uk/menu/, so you can see what they offer

The table is booked for 20:15 & I plan to be there from 20:00 to greet everyone. If I am late, the table is booked in my name.

They operate on a sitting basis on 2 hour slots, so I have opted for a slightly later start, which should allow us to enjoy our meal with no pressure to 'free the table'.
