Some of us did this last year and had a blast!! This is a package deal for hotel and NYE party. You must call the hotel to book your own room (757) 428-4752 and let them know you are with the "Popowich group" (that's my last name) so we can be seated together. Package includes buffet dinner, open bar, champagne toast and hotel room. Package comes out to $498 (including taxes) for a double occupancy oceanfront room with 2 queen beds. It's slightly higher for a room with a king.
