Hi everyone, my name is Gayle. I have a love for good food and wine! I was the organizer for a Food and Wine Meetup Group in Ohio and we grew from 50 members to 2000 members. It was an amazing journey to say the least!
I am the former Director of the Dorothy Lane Market Cooking School in Dayton, OH, starting out as a Volunteer. I am not a trained Chef, but just love entertaining, food, wine, candlelight, and interesting conversation!
I moved to Park City in 2018. I travel for work most of the time and have the desire to connect with people in the community when I am back in Park City. I often bring back local culinary delicacies from countries I visit. My next dinner party is featuring Icelandic Butter, Spanish Balsamic Vinegar, and Italian Olive Oils.
Here is my plan for this group. I will prepare appetizers and a 3-Course Dinner (Soup or Salad, Entree, Side, and Dessert). You would bring whatever you would like to drink. It will cost $20 per person to RSVP for Dinner so I know you are coming and I can purchase the meal provisions. Depending upon my travel schedule I anticipate these to be monthly or every other month. I will post the menu in advance so you will know if it is to your liking.
