This group is for women who are interested in investing in their health & wellbeing.

Retreats range from Day Retreats to Weekend Retreats and Online Retreats.

During these Retreats, you will learn powerful tools to:

* Quickly and effectively release anxiety, stress & tension from your mind and body, leaving you with a deep sense of calm
* Release the unconscious blocks that result in you procrastinating, so you can create forward momentum in your life
* Calm your nervous system and turn off the "alarm" in your head
* Understand why you crave certain foods, vaping etc, and if you wish, to stop craving those things
* Learn the root cause of your physical pain, so you can release and be free

During Day and Weekend Retreats, you will have access to spa facilities (at most venues), including a wide selection of treatments, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, hydrotherapy pool and 25m swimming pool.
