Join me for traditional Hatha Yoga classes in London - a practice designed to ground your body, calm your mind, and nurture your spirit.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Asanas (Postures): Build strength, flexibility, and balance.
  • Pranayama (Breathwork): Harmonize energy and quiet the mind.
  • Dhyāna (Meditation): Cultivate stillness, awareness, and self-discovery.

This practice is open to all levels, with variations and modifications to meet your unique needs. It’s a journey to reconnect with your essence, release tension, and foster a deep sense of connection. This class is designed to create a stable, balanced physical foundation from which we can explore the deeper, non-physical aspects of consciousness, energy and the nature of who we are.
