Hi Everyone, I am an empowerment coach here in Toronto. I help women rediscover their futures after the end of long term relationships. I understand how difficult it can be to move through the losses and accept the changes that lie before us. This will be a weekly group where we share our dreams, visions, and goals to encourage and support each other toward reaching them. Please come motivated to gain insights, experience personal growth and share perspective.

We sincerely intend for this group to be a safe place for members to share, support, ask questions and learn to be empowered in living your best life. In order to keep this a gentle and caring environment the following guidelines have been put in place.
Although, themes of grief and past painful experiences may be discussed, this group while offering significant emotional support cannot address issues of trauma and other clinical symptoms.
We also can not provide legal advice. Topics discussed in this room by leaders or participants should be construed as the sharing of experiences and should not be applied to any individual situation as legal advice.
