*What is the study about?*

* Explore factors that could promote greater well-being and quality of life in people diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome in Canada and the USA.

*Who are we?*

* A research team in the Health Experiences and Longevity (HEAL) lab led by Dr. Kendall Soucie at the University of Windsor (www.healuwindsor.com)

*Why participate?*

* To help us understand how you cope with PCOS symptoms, who you turn to for support, and how you advocate for better care.

*Who can participate?*

* Be at least 18 years of age
* Have a confirmed diagnosis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)
* Must currently live in Canada or the USA
* Able to read and write in English

*What's involved?*

* An online survey (Qualtrics), which should take approximately 25-30 minutes long to complete online
* Option to sign up for an opportunity to complete a 60-90 minute virtual interview for additional compensation
* Estimated Time Commitment: *25 minutes + (optional) 60 minutes = approx. 1.5 hours*

**How to Participate**

1. Have a digital device (mobile, laptop, tablet, etc.) ready to connect to the Internet

3. Eligible participants will continue to complete this survey
