Hello fellow dog owners :D
What: This is a dog playdate group with the goal of finding consistent dog friends.
Where: Let's meet at a park and introduce our dogs to one another.
Who: All breeds and all sizes and all ages of dog are welcome. You really never know what dogs will hit it off.
Well socialized dogs are always welcome :D
My own two dogs are small, less than 20 lbs and get along well with all sizes and breeds.
If your dog is reactive that is ok as long as they are not violent and you have control over your dog and are able to safely remove your dog if they get too excited.
Why: It's been proven that dogs with friends live longer. And meeting up with other dogs even if no friendships are made is still a good way to socialize our dogs.
How: If dogs get along at an event their owners can exchange info and continue playdates outside of this group. Or you can use our twice monthly meetings as playdates and not exchange contact info.
