.NET South West x umBristol Christmas Special - Lightning Talks, Games & Social

This one should be a fun one for December, as it's always a bit mad at this time of year - we're planning to have a few lightning talks, followed by a post event social in some form, and we will be doing in conjunction with the UmBristol meetup

We are still sorting out the final list of lightning talk speakers, which will be announced soon. Each will be between 10 and 15 mins long and can be on any related topic to the meetup. This is a great opportunity to have a go at speaking in front of a friendly group who can offer great feedback and advice, so if you are interested in speaking, pelase get in touch with us on socials.

Note the earier start - we'll open the doors at 17:30, and aim to kick off the talks at 18:00 so we can have time for the socialising 🙂🥳🎉🕺💃🥂🎊🙌🎄🍕🍺

The first part of the evening will be hosted by the fantastic folks @ IO Bristol, who are also sponsoring the whole event, providing refreshments and helping us organise the social afterwards.
