please note I live in graham, NC not all events will be at my house but those that are well see if your willing to drive here. The biggest events at my home will be pool parties and arcade "time" and outdoor movies.

I have zero issues with events outside my home (zoo, museums, beach, etc ....)

The group name says it all, I am looking for friends that actually want to do things together. I am open to any events from:

dinners
trips
hanging out
whatever

what I am NOT into are people joining a meet and then doing nothing, let me be honest I have tried starting several meetups and EVERYTIME people join and then never ever attend a single event.

if I recognize your name as having joined one of my previous meetup and then never attending, I will NOT allow you to join BUT I will create a discord server where you can join and if you can convince me this time you will participate, I may reconsider and allow you to join.

At my house not only do I have an in-ground pool but also a 12 cabinet 80's arcade room, not to mention a pool table, air hockey, shuffleboard, a 4 course disc golf around the house as well as outdoor movies on a 100 inch screen maybe even while floating in the pool.

not to mention trips to charlotte via amtrak, the battleship, the beach, museum's, the zoo, boone/smokey mtns and any place else we want to go!

so if your looking for friends look no further but let me warn you if you join and never attend an event I will drop you faster than a person holding a boiling cup of soup ...... so don't waste your or my time also please consider joining our discord server, its a great way for us to chat, suggest events and just get to know each other.

One last thing, no shows, I totally understand life happens BUT if you no show without a valid reason 3 times you are out. A no show is signing up for an event and not showing up, now if you have a valid reason then there is no issue so if you change your mind or cannot attend just change your RSVP its that simple. If you cannot change your RSVP which is OK if you have a valid reason for missing the event.

This is a group of people looking for friends, if something romantically develops that's great but do NOT harass anyone in the group no means no and if someone reports to me you are harassing them you will be immediately removed, no one strike but immediate removal from discord and the group and if things don't work out I hope you'll are adult enough to deal with it if not I will not take sides but remove both of you again from discord and the group.
