No experience or particular movement ability necessary.
Bring an offering: you can choose to bring
flowers or fruit, chocolate or a treat to share if you'd like.
This gathering is offered by donation: suggested $15-25.

We will meet at the Tree of Life Birth center classroom. Tree of Life located is just off the I-5 Encinitas Blvd exit. It is the building complex after the Encinitas YMCA. The classroom is the closest door to the street.
