Drumming4Healing (First Class Free)

Drumming4Healing is a fun class that will open your heart, challenge your mind/body and awaken your spirit. We start with a healing chant that will relax you and bring you into the present moment. Then we add simple drum rhythms. As we build on the rhythms, we will open new pathway's by chanting and drumming simultaneously. Finally we learn more traditional drumming rhythms which will be very energizing.

No prior experience is necessary
Drums are provided or bring your own.
