One of our members (Katrina Hunter) will be hosting a Beginner's Djembe Drumming Class and she invited me to be the instructor (Jebada). This beginner workshop is designed to provide the drummer with the essentials to be confident in basic drumming skills. You will be provided with the tools and foundation to continue growing in drumming proficiency, whether under an instructor's tutelage or self-taught through books or DVDs.

Katrina is the founder of Live Being U Yoga Studio where the class is being held. She is an Energy Healing Practitioner who specializes in transformative practices of Yoga and Sound Healing. Those of you who arrive at 12:30pm will be treated to free 20 minute session, to help you relax and relieve your anxiety prior to the drumming class. "Isn't that great!!"
