Get fit and feel fabulous with us! Join us for Sculpt Flow Studio Yoga
This class has all you need to feel fit and fabulous AND get a good night's sleep! We combine body weight strength movement with classic Vinyasa flows and mindful breathing techniques. Class concludes with the customary Savasana or "corpse pose". Savasana is the final resting posture after a yoga practice.

Bring your mat, blankets, towels, whatever you like to help you feel comfortable for your final resting meditation Savasana. Great exercise for women and men of all ages and abilities!
