Sunday Yoga Meet-Up: Breathe, Stretch, and Connect

This meet-up is all about creating a sanctuary for anyone craving a pause from the rush of life. Together, we’ll deepen our connection to our bodies, our breath, and the world around us. Whether we meet at the beach, the park, or my garden, the goal is simple: move, feel alive, and share the energy of like-minded souls in a beautiful outdoor setting.

I’m hoping to meet people who are curious about yoga, open to trying new things, and enjoy meaningful conversations. If you’re someone who loves connecting with nature, discovering peace within, or simply moving in a fun, approachable way—this group is for you. Beginners, experienced yogis, busy parents, and everyone in between are welcome.

Each session will leave you feeling refreshed and centered. We’ll begin with mindful breathing to ground ourselves, move through a flow of yoga poses tailored to all levels, and finish with a peaceful moment of stillness to soak it all in. Whether the waves are crashing at the beach, the birds are singing in the park, or the flowers are blooming in my garden, the energy of nature will be our guide.
