Canal and Reservoirs.
Details
This route takes in the Grand Canal and some nice backroards to Blessington before heading back towards the city over the hills, taking in Kilbride and Bohernabreena. Distance about 70km with about 650m of climbing.
Here is our plan for the day:
1️⃣We meet at the Southbank Cafe at Harold’s Cross Bridge at 9:30am, where we can get ourselves started with a nice coffee.
2️⃣ Cycle out the Grand Canal as far as Adamstown and then across to Blessington via Kilteel
3️⃣ We stop for coffee/lunch in Blessington
4️⃣ We then cycle back to Dublin by a more hilly route that takes us through Kilbride and around Bohernabreena Reservoir and back to our start point.

Please wear a helmet and bring a tube etc in case you get a puncture.
