The Pride Hub are kindly providing a safe space for us to meditate together.

As this will be an informal Meditation Meetup open to all, no experience is necessary. **Just come along and relax!**

The meditations may be guided or not, depending on the day and will run between 20 and 45 minutes.
We'll have a quick chat before, and over coffee or lunch after.

You can choose to meditate sitting or lying down, whatever suits you best, but please remember to bring a cushion or a mat for yourself if you won't be sitting on the chairs provided.

Some of us will probably go for coffee/bite to eat somewhere local afterwards.

If anyone would like a meeter greeter, one of us will be in the front area of The Pride Hub beforehand 11:45am -12 noon.
