What we’re about

This group it is for any person who wants to start learning or getting deep in to tradicional Tai Chi, Gi Gong, Meditation and to star improving your health and giving a time for yourself to relax.

If you are interested in Tai Chi, Chinese martial arts, meditation or even improving your health or doing something new, you are more than welcome.

We will have a traditional Chinese warm up, following by some exercises of the traditional Chinese medicine, Gi gons and meditation and then we get into the Tai Chi.

In the Tai Chi we will learn the Kati (long form) of the Yang style,
little by little, each week learning something new.

I have over 20 years of experience in Kung Fu and Tai Chi and recently arrived in Dublin. I am creating this group to share my knowledge for those who are interested in.
