[DWH] Bohernabreena Reservoir Upper Loop [Hike - Free]

Hi all,

Let's have a hike around Bohernabreena Reservoir.

We're meeting at Tallaght P&R Luas stop at 10am. We'll start walking at 10:15am. We will walk to Bohernabreena North Car Park through town which takes about 1 hour. Then we will start Bohernabreena Reservoir Upper Loop hike. After completing the loop, we will walk back to Tallaght P&R Luas stop.

This is an easy-to-moderate hike—mostly flat but a bit longer than usual. Please check the weather and come prepared!

It’s a good idea to bring water and a few snacks for the hike.

Bohernabreena Reservoir Upper Loop hike Details:
Get to know this 8.7-km loop trail near Ballinascorney, County Dublin. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 2 h 15 min to complete. This is a very popular area for birding, fishing, and running, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. The best times to visit this trail are January through November. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.
