Saturday Phoenix Park 6k or 10km + @ various pace

Hi All,

We are aiming to have two distances available. 6K and 10K. Both start together with the 6K turning back earlier.

Pace for the 10k will be about 5:25 min per km and we will stop to let people catch up.

We meet at the visitors centre car park at about 8:50 and ready to go at 9:00.
We will meet up with the other groups afterward for coffee.

If weather allows we will run on grass/trail but regular road runners will be fine.

Some may want to do some extra mileage before but please ensure you are at the start on time.
