This group is for helping you keep track of your weight if you choose to do this it is also for encouraging and supporting each other while leading a healther lifestyle
This will be held at Kinda house on the first floor,
On your first event, you will be given a card with your weight if this is what you want. Please bring this with you every time to be updated.
You can have your measurements taken which can be written on the back of your card and re-checked in six weeks time. This is so you can see the progress you are making as muscle mass is heavier than fat ￼so you can see if you are toning up your body at the same time as losing weight.
We will be Starting Monday morning 7th at 10am for your weigh in or chat then halfway through we will be doing chair exercises or stretching.

Tea, coffee and bottles of water are available from the office for a small donation of 50p or £1 to replenish supplies
