This walk is 4 1/2 miles yellow walk meet at 11.00 at the board at the beginning of the walk in the car park entrance

Would you like to join us for a walk at the forest?
We will be meeting at the car park at 11am, we will be walking in pairs. Maintaining your distance.

We are allowed to Excercice with 15 people

.Please follow the government guidelines at all times.

Remember you are responsible for yourself and there to help and lookout for each other.

Our walks are very popular at the moment so we have decided to split them up for different abilities by event levels so no one misses out. Please pick which level would suit you and pop your name on that event.

There’s a number of different walks for different abilities throughout the forest with marker trails set out by the forestry commission, there is a board at the beginning of all walks at the car park detailing the walks in full and are easy to follow as these markers are colour coded. The white, read and pink trails are more suitable for the more Leisurely Walkers.

White half a mile, Red one and a quarter miles, pink two and a half miles, yellow four and a half miles

We have two groups with guides for the more advanced and fit walkers wanting to get their fitness levels up. These walks are suitable only if you know your definitely fit as they are advanced walks.

The walks will probably take 2 hours.
