Welcome! We are offering group meditation exercises of the Qi Gong practice Falun Dafa also called Falun Gong. It consists of five easy to learn meditation movements. We are starting with four gentle yet powerful standing meditation exercises followed by a sitting meditation with the sounds of ancient Chinese music. The movements are very effective in deeply cleansing the body and harmonizing the mind. Falun Dafa is considered a mind and body practice and is based on the principles of Truth, Compassion and Tolerance. In Chinese Zen, Shan Ren. Anyone can join at any age always taught free of charge. You can bring a towel or a mat to sit on, but now worries we always have extra to give out. Please join us Saturdays at Buckley Park and feel the powerful energy of this beautiful practice. 🙏🌞✨
