Are you curious for the Dynamic Meditation (would like to try it) or have you already done it a zillion times? No matter your level of experience, you are so welcome!
This is not the type of Dynamic Meditation session where you enter some bunker early in the morning and start the 5 -phase sequence right away. In sessions led by Linda Plaude, you get to experience it in a way that allows a soft landing in the space during a one hour preparation ritual. Your nervous system can transition from the street to the session space in a cozy, soothing way. Before we do anything, we allow ourselves to drop in, connect with ourselves and with the group, co-create and set our intentions.
Then, the meditation sequence is explained and after a short break we dive into the 1 hour Dynamic Meditation that has the potential to declutter you from stuck emotions, make space for energy to flow again and create a new relationship with your old mind patterns and how you deal with difficulty. It gives you the chance to break out of your own created mind prison.
We go about this session with care, nurturing and conscious awareness. The Dynamic Meditation itself can be quite challenging! We do not soften that part. You can receive it's benefits fully if you allow yourself to surrender into it, with whatever it brings you. And every time you do it, it is different!

HOW DO YOU BREATHE, MOVE & EXPRESS WHEN YOU ARE FREE FROM THE PRISON OF THE MIND?
This is an embodied meditation session that is about breaking the pattern, cleaning the clutter and taking back the self-authority. Who is in charge, you or your ego-voice inside of your head?
This meditation involves special type of breathing and there is sound and movement involved,
It consists of the following 5 phases and last for 1 hour in total.

What does 'Manifestation Edition' mean?
Before going into the 5 stages of the Dynamic meditation, we will take our intention into what you want to invite in life. Both Manifestation and Dynamic meditation have something in common. They invite you to:

Consciously choose to lean into some discomfort

Let go of energetic clutter, make space for something new

Trust the process and get out of your own way
This is a morning meditation. In this session you might get sweaty.
Wear comfortable clothes, closed water bottle and it might be wise to bring a towel to be able to refresh afterwards! Bring an extra set of clothes.
Aftercare Lunch!
Afterwards we go have aftercare-lunch at a nearby terrace where you can share more about your experience, hear and feel others and make a slow transition back to 'regular' state.
