We hit the trail at 9:05a, arrive early as parking can be a challenge.

THIS IS SERIOUS HIKING. BE SURE TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS IN A BACK PACK: water, Energy snack/power bars, sunscreen insect repellent, any additional personal items

BE SURE TO WEAR: Weather appropriate clothing, Hat Sunglasses, broken in supportive sneakers or hiking boots/shoes (they will get very dirty!) Ankle high socks
You have time to get strong to prepare for the intensity of this challenging hike, lots of inclines and declines, the paths are rugged / stone, roots, etc.

We will have fun and we will get dirty! The trails kick up dust. Let's follow the 'social distance' rules as we meet to hike Cedar Ridge Preserve. Plan to hike approximately 1.5-2 hours.

The preserve appreciates a donation of $3.00 for your visit. Donation box is on the main trail, in front of the Education Building.
